We encourage you to bring photos of your current kitchen, along with any sketches, inspiration, or style preferences you’ve gathered. This helps us tailor the design to match your lifestyle and aesthetic. Following this initial consultation, we’ll schedule a home survey and design review meeting to take precise measurements and refine your plan, setting the stage for a smooth and successful renovation.
02 HOME SURVEY: To ensure a seamless renovation, our designer will visit your home to conduct a comprehensive survey. This includes taking precise measurements, capturing photos, and assessing any structural, plumbing, or electrical considerations that may impact the design. The more details we gather, the more accurate and tailored your initial estimate will be. Once the survey is complete, we’ll schedule your next meeting to review the findings and refine your design plan, keeping everything on track for a smooth renovation process.
03 DESIGN REVIEW & WRITTEN PROPOSAL: In this phase, we will walk you through the designs we’ve carefully crafted to bring your vision to life. Together, we’ll refine and finalize every detail to ensure your remodel reflects your style, needs, and functionality.
Along with the designs, we’ll present multiple proposal options, providing clear cost breakdowns so you can make informed decisions based on your budget and priorities. This step gives you a focused understanding of what your dream kitchen will look like—and what it will take to make it a reality.
04 SIGN AGREEMENT: A well-defined contract is the foundation of a successful renovation. It ensures clear communication, aligns expectations, and sets the stage for a smooth project.

05 PRE-START CONFERENCE MEETING: Once the finalized plans and specifications are signed, our project manager will schedule a pre-start conference meeting. This meeting ensures everyone is aligned on the project timeline, construction process, and installation details.

06 YOUR PROJECT MANAGER IS YOUR CONTACT: Throughout your renovation, your project manager will be your go-to point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. They will oversee every detail, including managing any additional professionals needed to complete your project with expert craftsmanship.
